She has built her entire process around making people comfortable who are not used to being in front of a camera or who have been disappointed by other photographers. She spends time on the details other photographers skip: straightening a tie, brushing lint off a jacket, adjusting lighting to enhance each person's look, and talking them through the process until they relax and forget they are being photographed. Sessions have no time limits and continue until clients have the shots they need. Known for fast turnaround, hand retouching (no filters or plug-ins), and helping people feel genuinely at ease.
