Meet Cindy Quinn
Originally born and raised in Canada as a Canadian army brat, I later moved to Beavercreek, Ohio, before finding my home in Phoenix, Arizona. Moving around taught me how to put strangers at ease, which matters when someone's nervous in front of a camera. I took my first headshot in October 2012 and knew right away this was my calling. The part I love most is the moment a client sees themselves look confident and relaxed instead of stiff.

I am an Associate Photographer with the Peter Hurley Headshot Crew, an international network led by Peter Hurley. The distinction goes to photographers who demonstrate strong technical skill, client direction, and expertise in professional headshot photography. I am proud to be one of the few photographers in Arizona to hold this designation.
14 Years of Experience
I took my first headshot in October 2012, and I knew immediately this was my calling. Since then, I've photographed thousands of professionals across the Phoenix metro area: executives, entrepreneurs, attorneys, realtors, actors, and job seekers. I've worked with several Fortune 500 companies in the Valley, including Berkshire Hathaway, GoDaddy, Insight Enterprises, McKesson, Chase, and State Farm. Many of them have come back for five years or more. My Associate's degree in Computer Science also helps me handle digital workflow and image delivery efficiently.
Published Work
One of my images has been selected for publication in a composite book, a collection of work from top headshot photographers. Seeing my work published alongside theirs means a lot.
A Comfortable Environment
With 133+ five-star Google reviews, my clients say I make them feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera. If you hate having your picture taken, you're in good company. Most of my clients feel the same way walking in. They don't feel that way walking out. I offer a 20% discount for military personnel and first responders who serve our community.
My Job Is My Passion
I love what I do. Headshot photography lets me work with people one-on-one and help them see themselves clearly. Every client comes in with a reason: a new job, a website refresh, an audition, a profile update. The goal is to make an image that actually works for that purpose.
One of my favorite parts of this work is meeting so many interesting people and hearing their stories. LinkedIn updates, personal brand shoots, theater auditions. I love helping each person get an image that fits their goal.
When most people walk into my studio, they're a little nervous. That's completely normal. Within a few minutes, the nerves usually turn into laughter. Once someone sees how good they look under professional lighting, their confidence shows up on camera. Those are the best shots.
The best part is hearing from people after the session. They tell me they landed the job, booked the role, or finally feel proud of the image representing them. And sometimes the cherry on top is a hug at the end of the session, when someone says they never expected to look this good or have this much fun.
